All That Glitters

All About Layering 2

I have made my card today for the Altenew All About Layering 2 class.

I used the techniques in the class to aid in stamping the images by using a pencil and marking on the base layer, a spot that helped me line up the subsequent layers. This particular flower was easier to line up than the one I used for the All About Layering card that I created. It is from Altenew's Flower Arrangement stamp set. The leaves were pretty easy and I did not need to use a pencil for them.

I stamped the congratulations from Altenew Mega Succulent stamp set and then stamped the smaller sentiments below. I did not like how I had them spaced, so I stamped them on black cardstock and heat embossed it Then I foam mounted them below the sentiment. I added some clear dots and sequins.
