In the Mood for Color

Orange - Health, Happiness, Courage.

Welcome!

I blended a panel of Neenah Solar White cardstock with  Distress inks in Mustard Seed, Ripe Persimmon, Worn Lipstick, Abandoned Coral, and Festive Berries to create a happy card background.

Next, I put the Altenew Golden Garden stamps into my Misti so that they would cover the whole panel with some of the stamps going over the edges. Then I sued a spray bottle with water in it and strayed the stamps, then stamped the panel, and then blotted the excess water off with a microfiber cloth. I continued to do this a couple of times until the images were more visible. (water bleaching)

I added some black line details with a Faber Castel XS liner pen.

I adhered the panel to a white card base and added a strip of black card stock to the left edge. Then I added a thinner strip of silver glimmer card stock next to that.

I stamped a sentiment from Altenew's Dainty Swiss Dot stamp set on a strip of black card stock and white heat embossed it. I added some white to the outer edge of it with Stampin' Up! Whisper White craft ink and let it dry.

I adhered the sentiment to the card with 3M foam tape with some silver thread underneath it.

Finally I added some rhinestones to the card.

I hope you have a great day!

adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
