Welcome! So glad you are visiting.

I started my card by laying the My Favorite Things Small Brick Wall stencil onto a piece on Neenah Solar White cardstock and used Fired Brick Distress ink to blend on color into the area of the panel that would be behind where I was going to stamp the flowers.

I used some Simon Says inks to stamp the flowers from Altenew's Wildflower Garden Stamp set.

I first stamped the flowers in stone and then decided that I did not like how dark that was, so I started over and did not use the Stone color the second time around.

I took some colors that I thought would go with the My Favorite Things Color Challenge. I used Simon Says Steel Blue, Hydrangea, Hot Mama, Thistle (did not show these), Willow, and Lucky. Then I added the flower centers with Duckling.

I used My Favorite Things A2 Rectangle STAX 1 and 2 to create a frame out of some gold foil cardstock and cut an identical one out of my panel.

I then took a white card base and added some Tombo permanent tape runner to the entire front of the card base and layered the pieces together on top of the card base.

For the sentiment I used Simon Says Stamp Thoughtful Messages stamp set and VersaFine Onyx Black ink to add it to my card.

I really liked the frame and will probably visit this again with some other stackable dies.
