ALTENEW: CRAFT YOUR LIFE PROJECT KIT: FLORESCENCE RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY (300 in total prizes)
Hi Everyone!
Hope you have enjoyed the hop so far. You should have found your way from Bridget Casey, or you can go back to the beginning of the hop over on the Altenew card blog Here.
It actually took me a little while to think of what I wanted to do with the Craft Your Life Project Kit: Florescence. I’ve come up with two examples to share with you.
I began by stamping the two large images onto some Neenah cardstock with Permanent Black Ink. I used the Stencils and Small and Mini Blending Brushes to color in the images with Pink Pearl, Heart Beat, Ruby Red, Citrus Burst, Maple Yellow, Persian Blue, and Shadow Creek.
For the second card, I heat embossed one of the images onto some watercolor paper with Platinum Embossing Powder. I used the 24 Pan Watercolors to color them in. Then I used the 3D Embossing Folder on another piece of watercolor cardstock and ran it through my die cut machine. I added a wash of color over it with the 24 Pan Watercolors.
I splattered the panel with some black gauche and then adhered the 3D Embossed panel to a white card base with a strip of The Gilded Glitter Cardstock. I cut the painted panel out with the Die and adhered that to the card. Finally, I stamped the sentiment with some Obsidian Black Ink.
Thank you for visiting!
