ALTENEW: TODAY IS THE DAY COLLECTION RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY ($300 in total prizes)

Hello!

Are you loving this release? All the lovely things are over in the Altenew SHOP. If you are joining in the hop, you have found your way here from Terri Koszler. You can find your way to the beginning of the hop over at the Altenew Card Blog.

I LOVE this new Bold Sentiments Stamp Set. I did not own one like this previously, and it will be a great addition to my stamps.

Products used are:

Bold Sentiments Stamp Set
Incredible Stamp Set
Permanent Black Ink
24 Pan Watercolor Set
Instant Dimension Foam Tape
I've stamped the "Incredible" flowers with the Permanent Black Ink onto some watercolor cardstock and painted them loosely with the 24 Pan Watercolors. I used the Bold Sentiments and the Permanent Black ink for the sentiment, then cut it out. I adhered the watercolor panel to a white card base, adhered the sentiment with foam tape and added some water droplets to finish off this card.

Products used are:

Climbing Leaves Stamp Set
Bold Sentiments Stamp Set
Itty Bitty Branches Dies
Antique Gold Embossing Powder
Embossing Ink
Obsidian Black Ink
Citrus Burst Crisp Dye Ink
Fresh Lemon Crisp Dye Ink
Just Green Crisp Dye Ink
Persian Blue Crisp Dye Ink
Sapphire Crisp Dye Ink
Small Blending Brushes
Instant Dimension Foam Tape

I stamped the Climbing Leaves Stamp onto a piece of velum with the Embossing Ink and heat set the Gold Embossing Powder. Next, I blended the inks diagonally onto a panel of Neenah Solar White Cardstock. I cut the leave from the Itty Bitty Branches Dies out of some black Cardstock. I stamped the sentiment with Obsidian Black Ink and cut it out. I wrapped the embossed panel around the ink blended background and adhered it to a black panel and then adhered that to a white card base. Finally, added the branch and the sentiment to the card.

The products used are:

Enjoy Life Stamp Set
Enjoy Life Dies
Enjoy Life Simple Coloring Stencils
Playful Patterns Stencil Set
Blush Crisp Dye Ink
Puffy Heart Crisp Dye Ink
Rubellite Crisp Dye Ink
Olive Crisp Dye Ink
Lava Rock Crisp Dye Ink
Icy Water Crisp Dye Ink
Woodless Coloring Pencils
Obsidian Black Ink
Mini Blending Brushes
Gilded Glitter Cardstock
Instant Dimension Foam Tape
I stamped the florals from the Enjoy Life Stamp Set with the Lava Rock Ink. I colored them in with the inks and Mini Blending Brushes. I used the Woodless Coloring Pencils to outline the images and add some interest to the finished flowers. I cut them out with the dies. I used the dotted stencil from the Playful Patterns Stencils and possibly Icy Water Ink (I forgot to note what I used) on a panel of Neenah Solar White cardstock. Then figured where I wanted to add the florals to the card and blended some of the ink to the panel around where I will adhere the florals. I stamped the sentiment with some Obsidian Black Ink, adhered the polka dotted panel to a pink card base with a strip of Gilded Glitter Cardstock behind the left side. Added the florals with some Instant Dimension Foam Tape and finally added some silver and white sequin mix to the card.

Products used are:

Floral Henna Stamp Set
Floral Henna Dies
Floral Henna Simple Coloring Stencil Set
Obsidian Black Ink
Crystal Clear Embossing Powder
Fresh Lemon Crisp Dye Ink
Sunkissed Crisp Dye Ink
Parrot Crisp Dye Ink
Hydrangea Crisp Dye Ink
Sand Dunes Crisp Dye Ink
Mocha Crisp Dye Ink
Mini Blending Brushes
Instant Dimension Foam Tape

I love purple and yellow flowers together. For the last card I'm sharing,
I stamped one of the florals from the Floral Henna Stamp Set four times with Obsidian Black Ink onto some Neenah Solar White Cardstock and heat embossed it using the Crystal Clear Embossing Powder. I blended the inks onto the florals with the Mini Blending Brushes and the Stencils. I used the Dies to cut them out. Layed them on a white card base for placement of the sentiment and stamped the sentiment in Obsidian Black Ink. Used Instant Dimension Foam Tape to add the florals. Cut the overhanging parts off, and added them around the card to fill it in.
