ALTENEW 8"X11" MAJESTIC BOUQUET STAMP SET RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY

Welcome!

I am Joining in Altenew 8”x11” Majestic Bouquet Stamp Set Release Blog Hop + Giveaway. You should have just come from Victoria Calvin. Her card was beautiful!

This Majestic Bouquet set is wonderful.

You can see all things pertaining to the blog hop at Altenew.

I started the card by setting my first stamp into my Misti and first stamping a white panel with Permanent Black ink and then a black panel with white pigment ink. Then I created a mask for the flower and repeated the process stamping black ink on the white card, and white ink o the black card masking where needed, until I was happy with the layout. Then I cut the white panel down to the size I wanted.

When I was stamping the different components, I would dry the white ink with a heat tool a little to speed up the drying.

I cut out a frame using a frame die and adhered it to the white panel. Then stamped the "Thank You" sentiment and leaf with Permanent Black Ink.

I adhered the white panel to the black one, and then adhered those to a black card base. This is a beautiful set! I can't wait to use it again.

This set is a large set and can be stored in a binder.

Thanks for joining me. I hope you enjoy the rest of the hop.

Next up on the hop is Emily Midgett

  22. Fantastic card! I really need to make some cards like this- I often don't make floral cards because I think it will take too long to color, but your technique is stunning.
